News from GM
General Motors announced on Wed., Jan. 30, that it will invest $200 million to expand its global powertrain engineering headquarters in Pontiac, Michigan. Work will be shifted there from four other locations. GM will build a 138,000 square-foot wing at that site to be completed late 2014.

In addition, the Performance Build Center, currently at Wixom, will move to the Bowling Green Corvette assembly plant by the first quarter of 2014. Read More.
